Austin Debetaz is also one of our leasing agents/property managers. In addition to those duties, he serves as part of our maintenance staff. Austin joined Broussard Properties, LLC staff in 2001. He is a graduate of UL Lafayette and resides in the Lafayette area with his wife. As you can see, Austin contributes many talents to our company and handles each aspect with experience and reliability.
Ava Bertrand is Broussard Properties, LLC’s office manager. She handles all of the bookkeeping and secretarial responsibilities for Broussard Properties, LLC. Ava came to us in 1996 with several years of banking and bookkeeping experience combined with many years of secretarial skills. She resides in Opelousas with her husband.
