Paul Broussard established
Broussard Properties, LLC in 1994. Paul is a Louisiana
licensed real estate broker with experience in sales and
management. Though
Broussard Properties, LLC is a fast-growing property
management company, Paul personally oversees all aspects of
the company, especially the concerns of the property
owners. Paul’s
experience extends far beyond sales and management into real
estate development, real estate investments and real estate
investment consulting. Paul
is a native of Lafayette where he still resides with his
wife and two children. He
has the real estate expertise and experience to meet all of
your real estate needs.

Ava Bertrand is
Broussard Properties, LLC’s office manager. She
handles all of the bookkeeping and secretarial
responsibilities for Broussard Properties, LLC. Ava
came to us in 1996 with several years of banking and
bookkeeping experience combined with many years of
secretarial skills. She
resides in Opelousas with her husband.

Austin Debetaz is
also one of our leasing agents/property managers. In
addition to those duties, he serves as part of our
maintenance staff. Austin
joined Broussard Properties, LLC staff in 2001. He
is a graduate of UL Lafayette and resides in the Lafayette
area with his wife. As
you can see, Austin contributes many talents to our company
and handles each aspect with experience and reliability.

Camella Savoy is
one of our leasing agents/property managers. Camella came to
Broussard Properties, LLC in 1999. She
has been in the property management field since 1986. She
resides in Port Barre with her husband. You
can rely on Camella’s knowledge of leasing do’s and don’ts
and rest assured that all guidelines are being followed when
leasing out your properties.

Penny Guillory is
our office receptionist and overall staff assistant. Penny
joined us in 2006 as our “life saver”. Her
ability to multi-task and her aim at perfection has made her
a great asset to Broussard Properties, LLC. Penny
resides in Port Barre with her husband and three children. You
will be greeted by her warm friendliness when visiting our
office
